Saturday 27 November 2021 was the launch date for Bronwen Hampshire’s first book titled ‘Bounce’ – a story that has been a work in progress for many years. The story is about a Bunny called Bounce who has an extra-long ear and embraces being different and unique.
Illustrated by Maxzene Morgan, the hand drawn pictures are true to the story and just as the author imagined in a water colour hand drawn format.
It has been a wonderful journey for Bronwen Hampshire on the road to accomplishing something great.
Dream Big and Keep Reading!

Ntobeko Mlangeni came on-board this project to translate the story ‘Bounce’ into isiZulu with the title ‘uQhasha’.
isiZulu became one of South Africa’s 11 official languages in 1994 and is the most widely spoken home language in South Africa and is understood by over half of its population. Zulu was not a written language until 1850.
Whilst working on the translation, Ntobeko with his educational background suggested that we add a glossary and conversation questions in the book to assist learners with understanding and learning the language isiZulu better.
